I am going to be attending the Natural Products Expo West this coming weekend and just received an e-mail from Daiya that they will be debuting these cheese slices at the Expo. Here is what they had to say…

just to clarify — wedges AND slices?? or is it the same product?
I am not sure…I think it is just cheese slices, but I will find out this weekend at the Expo.
I”m excited to hear about all the new products and to try the “havarti” daiya. I never had dairy havarti so I wouldn’t know what it’s supposed to taste like, but daiya never lets me down.
Oh my goodness! I was so excited when I got to try to Daiya shredded cheese already being sold. REALLY can’t wait until I can get my hands on some of these sliced bad boys!

I really liked the new wedges that I tried this weekend at the Expo. They just debuted the new product there and it was one busy booth!!! I guess that are not slices, but actual wedges. Review and pictures to follow soon.
