I just spent the most amazing weekend with my friend Sirica at the Healthy Lifestyle Expo in Woodland Hills, CA. Â The event was put on by VegSource and absolutely blew me away. Â My mind is racing and so excited about all of the information I absorbed and I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
